Because our wedding invitations are personalised digital products, refund eligibility depends on the stage of your order.

Before customisation begins

Full refund available if you cancel before we start personalising your invitation.

After preview is shared

Refund is not available once we have shared the first personalised preview. Instead, we offer unlimited revisions within 24 hours and one free template swap.

Video invitations

Video invitations enter production immediately after order. Cancellation is not available once production has started, but you can swap to any other video template of equal value.

How to request

Message us on WhatsApp with your order details. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
